പ്രതികളിൽ നിന്നും തുക ഈടാക്കി ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനും മറ്റുമായി വാദി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ടി അന്യായം സംബന്ധിച്ച് രണ്ടാം പ്രതിക്ക് പല തവണ സമൻസ് അയച്ചിട്ടും കൈപ്പറ്റാതെ മടങ്ങി വന്നിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ മേൽ നന്പർ അന്യായ സംഗതി സംബന്ധിച്ച് ടി രണ്ടാം പ്രതിക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും തർക്കം ഉള്ള പക്ഷം കേസിന്‍റെ അടുത്ത വിചാരണ തീയതിയായ 27/3/25 തീയതിയിൽ പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ടി രണ്ടാം പ്രതി നേരിട്ടോ അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് മുഖാന്തിരമോ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരായി തർക്കം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണ്ടതും, അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ടി രണ്ടാം പ്രതിയെ കൂടാതെ അന്യായം തീർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നുള്ള വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.
